Sukkar: Additional Sessions Judge -2 of Sukkar has issued summon notice to Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif , Ishaq Dar and Mohsin Naqvi on the matter of loss of human lives in Greece boat accident.

The court has summoned PM Shehbaz Sharif, Ishaq Dar Mohsin Naqvi and SSP Sukkar on January 15.

The petitioner has taken the plea jobless Pakistanis went outside Pakistan illegally due to negligence of government.

The petition said government writ has ended 75 Pakistanis lost their lives.

It has been requested in the text of the petition that case be registered in Rohri police station against responsible persons of government for showing negligence.
