Islamabad: Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) has filed application in NEPRA seeking raise in power tariff.

The CPPA has filed application seeking hike in power tariff by Rs 1.64 per unit under Fuel Price Adjustment (FPA) for the month of February.

It has been said in CPPA application that 7427000000 units electricity was provided to DISCOs.

NEPRA will hear the CPPA application on March 31.

NEPRA decision will be applicable to consumers in all over the country including K-Electric.
