Lahore: Social activist and psychologist Dr Nabiha Ali has resorted to family court to seek khula from her husband. As per media report Dr Nabiha Ali has officially sent a notice of khula to her husband through her counsel Ch Mudassar advocate.

She took the plea in the court that her husband Haris Khokhar is not man of good character because he used to subject her to violence besides abusing her. She held that her husband treats her like animals and now she does not want to live with him in conjugal life. The court was requested to issue order for issuing degree for khula immediacy.
