KARACHI: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has ordered to remove administrators of local councils in Karachi.

Sindh government has ordered to remove administrators of Karachi East and Korangi till further orders.

The administrator of Hyderabad will also be removed in pursuance of ECP orders.

It is pertinent to mention here the administrators were appointed on the proposal of MQM.

JI and PTI had resorted to ECP against the appointment of administrators.

Sindh government has withdrawn the orders of transfers of local bodies officers in Dadu and other areas under ECP orders.
