Islamabad: First session of dialogue between government and opposition has concluded.
As per sources the participants exchanged views at length on law and order situation in KP, growing terrorism and different important matters.
According to sources interior minister Mohsin Naqvi gave detailed briefing to negotiating participants on law and order situation in KP, recent terror incidents and their causes.
Sources said government took unequivocal stance on the matter of release of PTI founder.
Government took the plea no talks will be held on the matter of release of PTI founder.
On the other side Barrister Gohar said opposition has come for talks open heartedly and it wants to move forward talks process.
As per sources Rana Sana Ullah said government too is desirous of success of the talks. However it takes two hands to clap.
The political matters, law and order situation and other matters came under discussion in the first session of talks.
Talks on moving forward the dialogue process further is likely in next session.
