Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has wrapped up the petition seeking stopping the possible military detention and trial of PTI founder Imran Khan after the statement of Additional Attorney General (AAG).The AAG through his statement has told the court no decision regarding military trial of Imran Khan has been taken so far. Whatever is done will be done as per law.The petition seeking court's order for stopping possible military detention and military trial of Imran Khan came up for hearing before IHC Tuesday.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the petition.AAG Munawar Iqbal Duggal told the court during the hearing of the case no decision has been taken for military trial of PTI founder so far. If any such decision is made then legal process will be adopted.AAG said if decision for military trial is taken then the application will go to civil magistrate first.The court wrapped up PTI founder Imran Khan petition on the statement of AAG Munawar Iqbal Duggal.
