ISLAMABAD:PTI chairman Imran Khan has challenged Election Commission (EC) notice regarding his removal from party chairmanship in Lahore High Court (LHC).

Imran Khan has challenged EC December 07 notice in LHC.

It is pertinent to mention here that EC reserved judgment on December 20 last year on the petition seeking removal of Imran Khan from party chairmanship.

During the hearing of the case advocate Afaq Ahmad said disqualified Imran Khan be removed from party chairmanship. This is case of suo motu notice. The reasons for his disqualification have been given in EC decision. It has to be seen if Imran Khan is Sadiq and Ameen or not. See the legal status of Imran Khan. He is disqualified.

The EC later reserving judgment on Afaq Ahmad petition adjourned the hearing of the case till January 10
