ISLAMABAD: The proceedings of indictment against Fawad Chaudhry in the case of inciting government employees has once again been adjourned.
Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra took up the case of inciting government employees for hearing Friday.
Fawad Chaudhry appeared in the court.
Judge Tahir Abbas said to Fawad Chaudhry the weather has become good.
Fawad Chaudhry replied that the weather has become good, so are we.
Petition was filed by Fawad Chaudhry in connection with provision of documents of the case to him.
Faisal Chaudhry, counsel for Fawad Chaudhry reached sessions court.
Faisal Chaudhry said we are filing a 265C application in the court today. We have not been provided complete documents regarding case so far. Provision of complete documents of the case is right of accused.
The prosecutor told the court we are not having case file at present. I can give a statement after seeing case file.
Faisal Chaudhry counsel for Fawad Chaudhry requested the court to give long date for next hearing. Give a date after 10 Muharram.
Later the additional sessions judge Tahir Abbas Sipra issued notice to respondents on the application.
The proceedings of indictment of Fawad Chaudhry has been adjourned once again.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till July 14.
