Interference in affairs of govt : Interim bail of KP CM extended

RAWALPINDI: District and Sessions Judge Rawalpindi Faisal Rashid has extended interim bail of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur till May 15 who is nominated in case registered against him regarding interference in the affairs of government and other clauses, The interference in government affairs case was registered for blocking motorway on the eve of reception of PTI founder. The court adjourned the proceedings of the case on exemption from attendance plea of the accused. Malik Muhammad Faisal counsel for Ali Amin Gandapur took the plea during the hearing of the case in written petition that Ali Amin Gandapur is unable to attend the court due to official engagements. Therefore exemption from attendance is needed. The court while accepting the plea extended interim bail till May 15.
