Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar chaired a meeting regarding the SCO Summit to be hosted by Pakistan in 2027.

Chairman CDA briefed the meeting on the progress of various development and infrastructure projects. DPM/FM expressed satisfaction with the preparations underway and directed all relevant stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of all arrangements.

Ishaq Dar underscored that Pakistan is fully committed to successfully hosting the SCO meetings and ensuring arrangements of the highest standard. He emphasized close coordination among all concerned institutions to ensure the smooth, well-organized and successful hosting of the SCO proceedings.

SAPM Tariq Bajwa, Foreign Secretary Ambassador Amna Baloch, Interior Secretary Ahmad Raza Sarwar, Chairman CDA, National Coordinator SCO, and other senior officials from the concerned ministries attended the meeting.
