Lahore: Report by Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on May 9 related cases has been presented in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) declaring PTI leadership and several other leaders of party guilty.An important headway has been made in different cases related to May 9 as JIT has submitted its report in the court following the completion of its investigation.It has been said in the report with reference to investigation that PTI leadership incited people on May 9.According to JIT investigation Asad Umar, Azam Swati, Hafiz Farhat and others are guilty. PTI leadership too is guilty.During the hearing of the case Judge Arshid Javed of ATC inquired from the counsels of the accused persons " tell me, you want date. Earlier you were saying " complete the investigation. Now it has been completed. Let us have arguments over it.The court summoned the counsels of the accused persons on next hearing on January 14 for arguments.In ATC Lahore, an important progress has come to fore in five cases related to May 9 inciden t including attack on Jinnah House, siege and arson case of police station Shadman.The investigation officer has declared the accused persons guilty in 4 cases.The investigation officer presented its investigation report against Jamshed Iqbal Cheema, Musarrat Jamshed Cheema before admn judge Manzar Ali Gil in four cases.Jamshed Ibal Cheema, Musarrat Jamshed Cheema and Muzammal Masood appeared in the court on expiry of period of interim bail.
