Islamabad: Joint session of both the houses of parliament will take place in parliament house on March 2, Monday.

President Asif Ali Zardari will address the joint session of the parliament.

Stringent security arrangements have been made by National Assembly Secretariat due to prevailing security situation.

The entry of unauthorized person in parliament house premises on the eve of joint session has been strictly prohibited.

Entry of camera man making coverage at gate No 1 of parliament house will be made as per entry list. All the camera men will be allowed to install their cameras in media centre set up at gate No 1 of parliament house. No camera man will be allowed to do coverage outside media centre on gate No 1.

Complaints have come from the parliamentarians that they are stopped at gate No 1 and interview is taken from them forcibly.

The beat reporters of electronic media have been requested to send name of one camera man, his national identity card No and whatsapp number on letter pad of their respective media institution to relevant persons to avoid any inconvenience on the occasion of session.
