Islamabad: Judges duty roster for next week in respect of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has been issued.

Registrar office issued judges duty roster with the approval of acting Chief Justice (CJ) IHC.

According to roster 11 single benches and 5 division benches will be available in next week.

As per roster first division bench will comprise acting CJ IHC and Justice Inam Amin Minhas while second division bench will comprise Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan.

Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz are included in third bench. The third division bench will not be available from April 7 to April 11. Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz will not be available from April 7 to April 11.

According to roster the 4th division bench includes Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Muhammad Azam Khan while fifth division bench will be comprising Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro and Justice Muhammad Asif.

Registrar office made it clear special and larger bench can be constituted with the approval of acting CJ.
