Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Spokesperson Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif and former information and broadcasting minister Muhammad Ali Durrani held meeting with Deputy Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Liaqat Baloch and Secretary General Jamaat-e-Islami Ameerul Azim at Mansoorah on Friday.

Both leaders extended invitation to Jamaat-e-Islami for attending the consultative meeting convened by Chief Minister KP Ali Amin Khan Gandapur titled 'Nation's alliance against terrorism' on 27th January (Monday) in Islamabad. The invitation was extended on the name of Emir JI Engineer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman in form of a letter. During the bilateral meeting political situation of the country was discussed.

Jaamat-e-Islami leaders assured that party's representative delegation will attend the conference. Emir JI has issued instructions to the delegation headed by Professor Muhammad Ibrahim Khan and comprising former provincial minister Inayatullah Khan and JI Central Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Maulana Abdul Wasey to attend the conference.

On this occasion JI leaders said that whole nation should be united against terrorism as progress is impossible without peace.
