LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has declared Chief City Police Officer (CCPO) Ghulam Mehmood Dogar’s plea non-maintainable against the federal government’s suspension notification.

On Tuesday, Court said if he wants he can challenge the suspension notification in Supreme Court or Punjab Services Tribunal.

CCPO has challenged the suspension order of federal government in LHC and pleaded the court to suspend his suspension notification.
