Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued written order on rejecting the petition against 27th constitutional amendment.

Justice Chaudhry Muhammad Iqbal had reserved judgment on the petition filed by citizen Hassan Latif.

Judge has remarked in the decision that court rejects the petition declaring it pre-mature.

The petitioner can resort to the court following approval of the constitution.

It is pertinent to mention here Prime Minister , speaker national assembly and federal law ministry were made respondents in the petition.
