Lahore: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has given last chance to prosecution to present record till November 15 on bail pleas of PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid in May 9 cases.

Bail pleas of Dr Yasmin Rashid in 4 cases including May 9 Askari tower siege and arson came up for hearing before Judge Manzar Ali Gillin ATC Lahore Thursday.

Prosecution sought time to present record of cases.

Counsel for prosecution told the court prosecution has gone to meeting. Therefore, arguments cannot be given.

The court expressed annoyance over non presentation of record by prosecution and adjourned the hearing of bail pleas till November 15.

The ATC judge remarked I am giving last chance to prosecution to present record. Court will give its decision if the record is not presented on next hearing.

Counsel for Dr Yasmin Rashid took the plea we have completed arguments on bail pleas. Decision on bail pleas is facing delay due to prosecution. We have given copies of courts decisions in support of our arguments.

It is pertinent to mention here Dr Yasmin Rashid has filed bail pleas in the cases of torching police vehicles in Mughalpura, Zaman Park and chowk near Jinnah House.
