Islamabad: Mushaal Hussein Mullick, Chairperson of the Peace and Culture Organisation, former SAPM human rights and women empowerment delivered a keynote speech at a seminar co-hosted by the Institute of Regional Studies (IRS) and Youth Forum Kashmir (YFK), honoring the martyrs of Kashmir-especially victims of the 1931 massacre-as symbols of the enduring struggle for self-determination.

She condemned India's human rights abuses in IlOJK post-August 2019, citing extrajudicial killings, arbitrary detentions (including her husband Mohammad Yasin Malik), torture, demographic changes, and media blackouts. Mullick applauded Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir as a "beacon of unwavering resolve" for his strategic diplomacy in exposing India's oppression internationally and rekindled global consciousness, fortifying Kashmiris stance for right to self determination.

Urging international intervention, she demanded accountability, adherence to UN resolutions, and action to uphold Kashmiris' right to self-determination, framing the event as a call to awaken the world's conscience.

Ambassador Jauhar (President, Institute of Regional Studies) Presided over the event. He paid "rich tribute" to Kashmiris and reaffirmed Pakistan's firm support with the Kashmiri cause.
