Karachi: Girl student from Orangi Town has filed petition in Sindh High Court (SHC) against NADRA authorities for not issuing National Identity Card (NIC) without parents.The petitioner has filed petition through Usman Farooq Advocate .The petition said father of Anshara was murdered in 2017 and murder case is registered against the mother of Anshara. Mother is released on bail but she is not cooperating in the issuance of NIC. NADRA is not issuing NIC without parents.NADRA is authorized to issue NIC on the basis of bio metric of some other relative instead of parents. The education of petitioner is being affected adversely due to lack of NIC. The girl has done FA and admission is not being given to her in graduation without NIC.
