Islamabad: Members of the Pakistan-China Parliamentary Friendship Group (PFG), led by Convener Ms. Romina Khurshid Alam, have extended their sincere gratitude to the Honorable Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, for entrusting them with the responsibility of representing the esteemed Parliamentary Friendship Group.

The Members stated that it is a profound honor to serve on this important platform and expressed deep appreciation for the Speaker's guidance, under which they remain humbled, dedicated, and committed to advancing parliamentary diplomacy.

Following the directions of the Honorable Speaker, the Pakistan-China Parliamentary Friendship Group held a productive and meaningful meeting with His Excellency, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China. During the engagement, the Ambassador presented a detailed overview of Pakistan-China bilateral relations, highlighting agricultural cooperation and poverty alleviation as priority sectors identified by the Chinese government.

The Group reaffirmed its strong commitment to furthering the objectives of the Pakistan-China Parliamentary Friendship Group in alignment with the Speaker's vision.
