Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) while rejecting interim bail plea of SHO Bahramand accused in murder case of lawyer has ordered to arrest him.Counsel Shabbir Hussain Gagiani counsel for the petitioner took the plea SHO Bahramand Shah collected evidence from the scene and registered FIR as well. The witnesses of rival group are also in support of the petitioner. The incident is under investigation and SHO is suspended too.Justice Ejaz Khan inquired has any inquiry been held on it.The counsel for the petitioner told the court SP Investigation Mardan is conducting inquiry.Amin ur Rehman Yousufzai counsel for plaintiff took the plea the accused is influencing the transparency of case. The entire state machinery is standing behind him. He has erased all evidence and attacked the house of victim. Family members of victim lawyer were taken in armoured car.Amin ur Rehman Yousufzai said the accused is involved directly in murder case. His arrest is must. Therefore, the petition for interim bail be rejected.After hearing the arguments the court dismissed bail plea and ordered to arrest the accused.
