Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has rejected provincial government plea for fixing 4 missing brothers case for early hearing.
These four brothers had gone missing from Hayat Abad Peshawar last year
The case came up for hearing in PHC bench led by acting chief justice PHC S.M Attique Shah Friday.
The court inquired what emergency is there in case that Advocate General Office has prayed for fixing it for early hearing.
Additional Advocate General (AAG) took the plea as no date was fixed for hearing the case, therefore, the petition was filed.
The court however inquired on what basis the petition has been filed.
Later the court rejected the plea.
It is pertinent to mention hear that 4 brothers had gone missing from Hayat Abad last year. Their case is pending in PHC.
KP government had requested PHC for early hearing of the case. However court dismissed this plea.
