Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has sought reply from provincial and federal governments and respective respondents in missing persons case. The petitions related to 8 missing persons came up before Justice Arshid Ali of PHC.Additional Advocate General (AAG), Police focal person and representative of interior ministry appeared in the court.The court directed federal and provincial governments and respective respondents to present reports in regard to missing persons.In the case of Jonson Khan, the AAG said court was misguided in this case. The petitioner is not missing. He has been shown missing. The petitioner was in jail and court has granted bail to him.The court dismissed the petition of Jonson Khan besides seeking reply from the respective respondents in other cases.
