LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has sought reply from the respondents on petition filed in connection with ban on kite flying.Justice Ahmad Nadim Arshid heard petition filed by a citizen Munir Ahmad Tuesday.The petitioner has taken plea in the petition that the throats of the people are being slit every day. Government has failed in curbing kite flying. It is requested complete ban be imposed on kite flying. Complete ban be imposed on use of metal string. Order be issued for proper legislation in connection with kite flying.The court summoned reply from Punjab government and other respondents on the petition seeking banon kite flying.
