Islamabad: Islamabad Police will present record of cases registered against PTI leader Shoaib Shaheen in Islamabad High Court (IHC) today (Thursday).

It is pertinent to mention here during previous hearing police had requested the court to give additional time in this regard and this plea was accepted by the court.

Justice Arban Muhammad Tahir will hear the petition in respect of Shoaib Shaheen. Islamabad authorities and other lawyers will appear in the court.

The police requested the court to give them additional time as they have not obtained details of all cases so far.

Counsel for Shoaib Shaheen took the plea police put the name in old cases often.

The court while adjourning hearing of the petition till May 29 had sought all details from police.
