Islamabad: Prices of petroleum products are likely to be increased once again from October 01.

Oil Industry has completed its working regarding prices of petroleum products.

According to sources prices of petroleum products are likely to be enhanced from Rs 1.97 per liter to Rs 4.65 per liter.

The price of light diesel oil is likely to be increased by Rs 1.76 per liter and price of kerosine oil is likely to be raised by Rs 4.65 per liter.

OGRA will send working related to prices to finance ministry through petroleum division. Finance ministry will make final announcement about new prices tomorrow following the approval by Prime Minister.

It is pertinent to mention here government had maintained price of petroleum products 15 days earlier. Price of high speed diesel was increased by Rs 2.78 per liter.
