Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared null and void the decision for giving less punishment to police man.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked the problem is this judge sahb is imported. He has come from Lahore. After coming from Lahore it is not known what has to do.

The IHC accepted the plea of police constable against awarding less punishment in the case of firing bullet by a police man on fellow police man.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani nullified the trial court decision for awarding less punishment and heard the case.

Police man had fired bullet on fellow police man in 2022.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked the problem is this judge sahb is imported. It is not known after coming from Lahore what has to do.

The question is this when punishment term is five years then how the judge reduced it to 4 years. The orders of Supreme Court are there too.

The court accepted the plea of petitioner against the decision of sessions court.
