ISLAMABAD: Report has been presented in federal cabinet meeting about May 9 wherein PTI has been declared as directly involved in May 9 tragedy. A special meeting of federal cabinet took place under the Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif here Thursday. A report on May 9 incident was presented in the meeting whereby PTI has been declared directly involved in the tragedy. The meeting was attended by federal ministers, PPP senior leaders Navid Qamar, Sherry Rehman and PML-Z chief Ijaz ul Haq. Law minister Azam Nazir Tarar presented the report from the cabinet committee constituted during caretaker government to probe into May 9 incident. According to sources it was disclosed in the report that PTI was directly involved in May 9 incident. The cabinet decided to enact legislation in the light of report. Cabinet members have unanimously demanded for bringing the cases registered against the elements involved in May 9 incident to logic end soon. Addressing cabinet meeting PM Shehbaz Sharif said nation an d history will never forgive to the characters of May 9 tragedy. One year has passed but the nation and Pakistan have neither forgotten nor will forget their criminals. He held May 9 is not only the blackest day of history but it is day of separating two mindsets of those who sacrificed politics for state from those who attacked state for the sake of politics. On one side there are great sons of nation who sacrificed their lives for sake of country, their families and patriotic people and on the other side there are those characters who had no pain in their hearts for state interests. It is pledge with country, great martyrs and national that May 9 will never come again.
