Islamabad: Public transport in Islamabad has been announced free for 30 days . This was announced by interior minister Mohsin Naqvi here. According to Mohsin Naqvi this step has been taken under the directive of Prime Minister (PM) for public relief. Interior ministry will incur expenses against this facility.
He said about Rs 350 million have been earmarked for this project so that transport facility could be provided to citizens during price hike. Interior minister said this step has been taken to provide immediate relief to the people. This will provide enormous benefit to those who travel daily.
