Lahore: Punjab government has decided to launch crack down on violation of one dish in the marriages and unnecessary use of loudspeaker.

The decision was taken in a meeting held here under Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Maryam Nawaz.

CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz has ordered all commissioner and deputy commissioners to ensure implementation of one dish orders.

The CM Punjab has also ordered to take stern action on playing music loudly in marriage and parties and other functions.

She has ordered to initiate legal proceedings against illegal use of loudspeaker in functions

CM has also directed to take measures for banning illegal use of loudspeaker in farm houses and grounds.

It has been decided in principle to ensure serving of one dish in farm houses and grounds.

Officials were directed to monitor compliance with the designated operating hours for marriage halls.
