Lahore: Additional Sessions Judge, sessions court Lahore, Muhammad Yasir Arafat has awarded life imprisonment and fine of Rs 12 lac to a Qari Muhammad Salim, for subjecting 13 years old girl to sexual abuse.

The accused Irfan was awarded 15 years imprisonment and over Rs 10 lac fine.

The court announced to award punishment to the accused persons in the light of all evidence and witnesses.

The case against the accused persons was registered in police staton Yakki gate in 2023 under anti rape act.

According to prosecution the accused had raped a 13 years old girl. Evidence were available against the accused persons. Medical and forensic report is positive.
