ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has wrapped up harassment of journalists case on the assurance from FIA that no inquiry is pending against the journalists.

A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan took up the case for hearing Wednesday.

During the hearing of the case Deputy Attorney General (DAG) told the court SC had ordered FIA to continue work as per law in this matter. FIA has reviewed all investigations on court’s orders. No inquiry is pending against the journalists in FIA at present. FIA has wrapped up al inquiries.

On the report of FIA that no inquiry is pending against any journalist the SC wrapped up the case.
