Islamabad: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has suspended sentence awarded to 4 PTI workers under PAPO act.

Judicial Magistrate Murid Abbas while hearing the case suspended the sentence.

PTI counsels Sardar Masroof Khan and Zahid Bashir Dar appeared on behalf of PTI workers in the court.

PTI workers whose sentence has been suspended include Danish, Isa, Ejaz and Muhammad Isa. They were awarded punishment 6 months each in the case registered against them in police station Tarnol.

The court directed in its decision the accused should file appeal within 30 days so that the proceedings of the case could be moved forward.
