Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) Constitutional bench while taking first suo motu notice on kidnapping of child from Quetta has summoned all provincial home secretaries and IGs on next hearing.The court while calling report in respect of all the children who have been kidnapped so far adjourned the hearing of the case till November 28.Head of the SC Constitutional bench Justice Amin ud Din Khan remarked we have become international in sending beggars. Moving beggars abroad is how much shameful thing.A 6-members SC constitutional bench headed by Justice Amin ud Din took up for hearing petition with reference to missing children Thursday.The bench took notice of kidnapping of child from Quetta.The court sought report on recovery of child who has been kidnapped from Quetta.Justice Jamal Mandokhail remarked kidnapped child is not being found since 6 days in Quetta. The whole city has become jammed due to kidnapping of child. But government is staying heedless. School children have taken out processi on in Quetta.Justice Musarrat Hilali remarked kidnapping of children is vital issue and the state counsels have not made preparations on this matter.Justice Mandokhail remarked the case is running since 2018. The children are being kidnapped still too. Every second case comes regarding kidnapping of child.He further remarked billion of rupees are spent on FC. What is their role in social welfare.Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi remarked children beg at traffic signals in Karachi.The constitutional bench adjourned the hearing of the case till November 28.
