ISLAMABAD: Sessions Court Islamabad has accepted exemption plea of PTI chairman Imran Khan in Toshakhana case.

The hearing of the case will take place today (Saturday) too.

Amjid Pervez, counsel for Election Commission (EC) told the court dilatory tactics are being used by lawyers of chairman PTI. The lawyers of chairman PTI have no intention to give arguments. Khawaja Haris has no engagements in court.

The sessions judge again directed Khawaja Haris to appear in the court today (Saturday).

The court while accepting exemption plea of chairman PTI adjourned the hearing of the case till Saturday (today).
