Lahore: Naib Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Dr. Osama Razi has said that Pakistan and Bangladesh are two brotherly Islamic countries tied in eternal bond of Islam. He said that Bangladeshi brothers live in our hearts, the people of both countries have deep love and sympathy for each other. Dr. Osama Razi said Pakistanis were deeply grieved and worried over the tyrannies and suppression committed by Hasina Wajid against the Bangladeshi people and Islamic Movement leaders.
This was stated by Dr. Osama Razi while talking during the visit of three-member Bangladeshi delegation headed by Managing Editor of largely published Bangladeshi newspaper Daily Sangram Muhammad Noorul Ameen presently visiting Pakistan at Jamaat-e-Islami Headquarters Mansoorah. On the occasion Deputy Secretary JI Pakistan Azhar Iqbal Hassan, Sheikh Usman Farooq, Secretary Information JI Shakil Ahmed Turabi and other office-bearers and a larger number of workers also present on the occasion. Secretary Information JI welcomed the Bangladeshi journalists upon arrival at Mansoorah and also hosted luncheon in honor of the delegation.
Dr. Osama Razi said that Pakistan and Bangladesh should learn experiences of each other in the fields of education, health, trade ad economy. He said that the good relations and cooperation between both the countries is also vital in dealing with the Indian terrorism in the region and to foil the heinous designs. Dr. Osama Razi said that JI leaders and workers were suppressed during the black era of Sheikh Hasina Wajid, thousands of innocent workers and leaders were put behind the bars and dozens were hanged and sentenced life imprisonment. He said that the great elderly leader like Professor Ghulam Azam was martyred during the imprisonment for not receiving the proper medial treatment. He said that hundreds and thousands of brave Bangladeshi people while coming on the roads against Hasina Wajid brought revolution. He said that the sacrifices of JI workers and students are unforgettable.
On the occasion, Muhammad Noorul Ameen thanked the JI leaders and said that international colonial powers were making all out efforts to stop the way of people having Islamic mind and thinking in Bangladesh and stop them from coming into power. He said that India tried to interfere in the elections but people foiled all the conspiracies and voted in favor of Muslim League and Jamaat-e-Islami and succeeded them. Muhammad Noorul Ameen said we consider Pakistan our second home, adding that Pakistani and Bangladeshi people love with each other, adding that the governments of both countries should also move forward interaction and create opportunities of cooperation with each other.
