ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has confirmed the bail of former federal minister Azam Swati in judicial complex vandalism case.Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC Islamabad heard the judicial complex vandalism case Saturday.Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra inquired from investigating officer the accused had alighted from vehicle or otherwise.The investigating officer stated in the court Azam Swati was present in the vehicle. However he could not be seen anywhere in footage.The judge inquired you want custody of Azam Swati.The investigating officer replied in no.On refusal by the investigating officer, the court confirmed the bail of Azam Swati.
