IHC expresses annoyance over non completion of investigation of two deaths in road accident

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has expressed annoyance over non completion of investigation of case pertaining to death of two persons in road accident despite lapse of two years besides seeking report regarding the investigation within two weeks.The Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamir Farooq while hearing the case has expressed annoyance over police officer besides making it clear on him if investigation is not completed then action will be taken against him.CJ IHC while hearing the case has expressed annoyance over police officer and made it clear on him if investigation is not completed then action will be taken against him.FIA was registered in the death of a citizen Shakil Tanoli in road accident in the jurisdiction of police station Khanna two years back but investigation of the case could not be completed.The CJ IHC Aamer Farooq while expressing annoyance over police authorities said as to why police officer be not sent to jail on non completion of investigation.IHC has directed polic e to complete investigation within two weeks and file the report.CJ IHC has made it clear on the investigation officer if investigation is not completed then he will go to Adiala jail and will be laid off from his job, Don't take any pressure and complete the investigation as per law and file report thereof.
