ISLAMABAD: Larger bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued written order to hear contempt of court case in connection with Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani's letter.The larger bench comprising Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamir Farooq, Justice Miangul Hassan and justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir issued order.It has been said in the order that contempt of court proceedings has been started on the letter of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kahyani. Notice is issued to Waqas Malik advocate, journalist Mati Ullah Jan and Talat Hussain. The respondents should file their reply before the next hearing. PEMRA should prepare transcript of interviews of Waqas Malik. PEMRA should file this transcript in court before next hearing.Senior journalist Hamid Mir and president PFUJ are appointed amicus curie.Next hearing of contempt of court case will take place on May 30.
