LAHORE Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered to arrest those driving vehicles without license." Petition against inclusion of murder clauses in the incident of death of 6 persons came up for hearing in LHC Friday.Chief Traffic Officer and Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Operations appeared in the court, Additional Advocate General Punjab Ghulam Sarwar also appeared in the court on behalf of the Punjab government.The underage accused Afnan who is nominated in the case of death of 6 persons in Lahore had resorted to LHC.The petitioner had made care taker chief minister Punjab and CCPO Lahore respondents in the petition.The accused challenged the inclusion of murder clause in the case in LHC.The accused Afnan took the plea he has no personal enmity with the victims and including murder clauses is violation of human rights. The accused is underage , therefore imposing murder clauses is illegal.It has been requested in the petition that court should order to abolish murder clauses in the case.Police had included terrorism clause and section 302 in the case.Justice Ali Zia Bajwa while issuing directives during the hearing of the case ordered to arrest those running vehicles without license. Police be deployed on every signal in every chowk. No vehicle should come on road without license. Vehicles are machines for killing people.
