ISLAMABAD: PTI has declared Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) responsible for harassment of judges from Supreme Court (SC) to High Court (HC).According to PTI spokesperson powers that be ,their tributary administration and puppet elite class together are out to poke last nail in the coffin of justice.According to spokesperson the courts are being transformed into Kangaroo courts by harassing the judges at all level from SC to subordinate courts.The judges who are hearing cases against politically victimized PTI leaders and workers whenever insist on deciding the cases in the light of law instead of taking dictation from secret agents of state are targeted.The judges are being subjected to fear through references and state campaigns of character assassination besides using kidnapping and violence as weapon against the family members and relatives of judges.Instead of taking decisive action on the letter written by 6 judges of IHC the matter is being prolonged and this way the state rogues are be ing given chance to play at their willThe CJP is being seen failed to protect the independence of judiciary and save the judges from harassment.
