LAHORE: The petition seeking cancellation of bail of Qaisra Elahi, wife of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Peervaiz Elahi, Rasikh Elahi and Zara Elahi in the case pertaining to irregularities in approval to Ring road expansion project has been fixed for hearing.A two members bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) will hear the petition on May 29.The court has summoned lawyers for arguments.It is pertinent to mention here Anti Corruption court has extended till March 22 the bail of Qaisra Elahi and others in this case.Judge Safdar Hussain Bhatti of Anti corruption court Lahore while announcing reserved judgment on March 22 had confirmed interim bail of Qaisra Elahi, Rasikh Elahi and Zara Elahi against surety bonds of Rs 5 lac each .
