LAHORE: Hearing of PTI chairman Imran Khan petitions against contempt of Election Commission (EC) proceedings will take place on October 04.
Petitions of chairman PTI against proceedings regarding contempt of EC have been fixed for hearing.
Lahore High Court (LHC) has constituted full bench to hear Imran Khan's petitions. A 3-member full bench will take up petitions for hearing on October 04.
The bench will be presided over by Justice Alia Neelam and comprising Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry and justice Asjad Javed Ghural.
Imran Khan challenged contempt of EC proceedings. Upon it LHC has stopped EC from giving final decision.
